The microblogging service Twitter today announced that it is introducing a new shortcut to the web version of the service which will link fans with teen-pop sensation Justin Bieber.
If you head to Twitter.com and use the shortcut "g b", you'll be taken to the Never Say Never 3D "star's" Twitter profile.
A member of Twitter's media team had this to say; "We want Twitter to instantly connect people everywhere to what’s on Justin Bieber's mind. In support of this, we will frequently experiment by trying new things, adding new features like the Go To Bieber shortcut. We believe there are significant benefits to increasing awareness of what city the teen sensation is in and what other celebrities are mentioning him."
The company also added another shortcut today which allows you to simply press "w" on Twitter.com to send a tweet containing nothing but the hashtag "#winning".
